- Define the modalities of reception: duration, taking charge of the food, help in the administrative steps, help in the daily displacement…
- Register on your country’s government website
- Publish your ad on social networking sites. (see our directory).
It is important to take the time to make a detailed announcement :- description of the accommodation
- the reception conditions (duration, free meals, wifi…),
- the environment (shops, schools, public transport, employment…)
Put pictures of the place you are offering, and of yourself !
- Contact the social services (in France the CCAS), the town hall, local associations… in order not to be alone and to get information.
- When contacted by a family, offer a WhatsApp video call.
